SEASIDE HEIGHTS: Police are responding to a unit on the 300 Block of Hamilton for dogs barking. A Resident called 911 to report the neighbors dogs are constantly barking. The caller wishes to speak with an officer as they previously approached the dog owner reference the barking- and were told to mind their business.
