BARNEGAT: Police are checking the area of Barnegat Boulevard @ West Bay (CR 554) for a suspicious male yelling at cars. Caller reports a white male wearing a grey shirt is walking towards the skate park, and is yelling at passing cars. Unknown what he is yelling about, or why he is mad at cars- but police are looking for him.
