State Police Arrest Man for DWI and Seize Cocaine

The New Jersey State Police have arrested Sardor Tojiboev, 23, of Philadelphia, PA and seized $270 worth of cocaine during a traffic stop.

On Saturday, April 24, at 2:43 a.m., Trooper Colin Reilly stopped Sardor for a traffic violation westbound on the Atlantic City Expressway at milepost 11.5 in Hamilton Township, Atlantic County. During the stop, Tpr. Reilly determined that Sardor was under the influence and arrested him for DWI. After further investigation, Tpr. Reilly discovered that Sardor was in possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Sardor Tojiboev was charged with possession of cocaine, criminal under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, and DWI. He was released pending a future court date.

Charges are mere accusations, and the accused is considered innocent until proven guilty.
