SEASIDE HEIGHTS: The brave men and women of the Seaside Heights Police Department are back at the wooden shoes apartment on Franklin. Richard, the tenant, reports the ongoing landlord/tenant dispute at the residence has escalated today. OCSN shared previous stories about the landlord buying wooden shoes purposely make more noise upstairs; as he lives there. The wooden shoes dance has been going on for days now, and it sounds like things are quite the racket.

Today the tenant discovered a sign on the door noting a possible pending eviction. The letter explains that the landlord is going to break in on April 8th and steal all the furniture. Richard is upset as his lease is good through July, and likely he is busy on the 8th and wouldn’t be able to help his landlord steal his furniture we think. The police are on scene currently, and we all hope Richard can enjoy a quieter rest of April- and a peaceful May, June, and July.
