Seaside Heights PD has been called to the   100 Block of Franklin Avenue for a landlord/tenant dispute. The caller lives downstairs and the landlord lives upstairs. Caller is reporting that the landlord made shoes out of plywood and is now banging on the floor. This is an ongoing issue at this residence.
