LACEY: Police are responding to the famous Dunkin Donuts on Lacey Road for the daily traffic problem. It sounds like a patrol car is not stationed at the doughnut shop this morning, and the locals are taking advantage of the absence of law and order. Dispatch notes traffic is backing up on the highway as motorists are too self-absorbed to understand they aren’t the only one on the road today. Hopefully the Lacey PD is on scene shortly with summonses to be handed out as frequently as a coffee and pastry combo.
