UPPER FREEHOLD: Police, Fire & EMS are responding to the area of 701 CR 524 in front of Tractor Supply for a motor vehicle accident. One vehicle is overturned with the patient being able to self-extricate. Additionally as a result of the crash; there are pole(s) and wires down all over the area.
