Near the Toms River Tolls, northbound- NJSP has a UHaul box truck stopped on the side of the road with two occupants under arrest. NJSP was able to track the driver via their cellphone and possibly GPS tracking in the UHaul- and initiated the traffic stop. This truck got off the GSP at Exit 83, passed through Urban Air in Home Depot Plaza, and got back on the Parkway where NJSP located it and made contact.
