SixFlags has been working feverently to comply with all Federal, State and Local regulations and feels it will be able to open all 26 of it’s current theme parks this spring.

While definitive opening dates has not been announced for all parks, they have outlined a very detailed new set of safety procedures to help limit transition.

Some of theese protocols and procedures include:

  • Limited Capacity
  • Park Reservation and Contact System
  • No Contact Bag Check
  • Touchless Thermal Camera temperature checks for guests
  • Handwashing and Sanitization stations including at the Entrance and Exit of rides
  • Increased focus on remote ordering including NO CASH TRANSACTIONS

To address the fact that not everyone has Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit and or Debit Cards, SixFlags has stated that there will be vending machines in park that can convert your cash bills into pre-paid VISA cards for use.
