Yesterday OCSN broke this story as it happened, and there was additional information broadcast regarding the suspects. Two black male suspects fled the scene in a Black SUV on East Kennedy- and they are likely armed and dangerous. In an effort to capture these suspects an MOCIB was issued and extended three times by OC Sheriff communications. Neighboring jurisdictions were alerted to the shooting, and took up posts at strategic locations to hopefully locate the suspects. As of today the case is an open investigation, and suspects are still at large.
