PLUMSTED: In the area of Hopkins Road @ Ivins we are getting a report of a shirtless white male with a beard and brown hair walking outside. Police are out with the shirtless suspect walking around the neighborhood now making sure he is okay. Callers are concerned for his well-being in the cold. Dispatch notes the shirtless stud is now playing chicken with oncoming motorists on Hopkins.
