GARDEN STATE PARKWAY: NJSP are calling for maintenance to address the icy and slushy mess near Interchange 77 northbound currently. The whole roadway features rain and freezing rain falling, and depending on pavement temperature- it is freezing and adhering, or staying wet. Use caution as you travel the GSP and all major highways, and please stay clear from snow plows and other snow removal equipment.
It can happen to YOU and YOUR vehicle, 1, 2, 4, or 16 wheel-drive is no match for ice and slippery conditions.

When i was on the parkway from TR to Lakewood at 7:15am the trucks were salting the parkway by that police barracks by the TR tolls
My poor dog did a split just going out the back door! We’re in Lacey. It’s all balls of ice ???? coming down!

Bayville. Was going north around 8:45, the parkway was bad and south bound was coming back at 10:15
