NJTP: A passing motorist reported debris in the highway moments ago to NJSP. On the NJ Turnpike just before Interchange 8A is a report of a mattress AND boxspring in the travel lanes. The trooper is enroute to move it out of the roadway- but no description, size, thickness of pillow top, nor condition of the offending bedding was given.
Chances are, whomever lost their mattress is out a few pennies at this point. Either it’s as flat as a flounder by now, or it’s not worth getting yourself flattened over.
