SEASIDE HEIGHTS: Police are on scene a residence on the 200 Block of Franklin for a possible disturbance. Female caller dialed 911, screaming on the phone. Dispatch was able to pick up on the caller’s address, as she was screaming that also. No further information was given- and it sounds like no callback.
