SEASIDE HEIGHTS: Police and EMS are on scene at the Bank of America ATM on Boulevard. Caller reported a male party was passed out near the ATM- with unknown issues. Police determined the male was simply severely intoxicated, but is awake now. Tri-Boro EMS is on scene to evaluate our friend.
