BARNEGAT: A motorist is reporting the traffic signal on West Bay @ Mirage is malfunctioning. The caller says the signal is displaying both a green and red bulb simultaneously. The officer responding asked dispatch to notify the Ocean County Engineering Department as this is the third time the signal has malfunctioned in the previous week.
