South Toms River: Anonymous caller reports a noise complaint at a residence on the 200 Block of Ardmore. It came in as a bunch of teenagers making noise and playing loud music. Police arrived and asked those pesky teens to turn down the music. Now it’s so quiet on the 200 Block- you can hear a bird fart.
