Toms River: The long-standing 7-11 on Washington @ Whittier is still open- but is missing their sign. I know we’ve seen many 7-11 stores close recently- but the franchise stores will remain open. This store saw almost a complete blowout off their roadside pylon sign due to high winds. Wednesday and Wednesday evening saw high wind gusts across the area- and lots of damage reported.
