Manchester [Address Withheld]: PD & EMS are responding to a residence for a possible suicide attempt. Patient called 911 to say they took a bunch of unknown pills, and wish to not wake up. Sad. Depression is real. I’m fighting it now. It’s a challenge to get thru the day
Matthew T Ford God bless you acknowledging what you are facing. Getting mental health help can take forever contact OMH or someother mental health place and get scheduled.
In the mean time try writing down 5 good things each day in a note book. It can be simple things. got to watch a new show uninterrupted, a post on FB that made you smile, making every traffic light on the way to work, what ever gave you a little lift.
If you need someone to talk to for more tips and tricks to avoid depression feel free to message me
Bobbie Lyn Harrsch thank you.

We’re here for you bud- try to laugh for a few moments if possible. Take each day hour by hour, and try to be thankful and positive for the little things that go your way.
Life sucks right now, for many. Hang in there- or get help if needed. Depression sure is real, and most of us battle it daily. ❤️
Matthew T Ford I’m with you on that. Been fighting it since I was teen. Best is to keep yourself busy and keep your mind preoccupied.
Ocean County Scanner News thank you so much. It’s kind of circumstantial and situational depression going on right now. I dont feel hopeless just in some sadness and heartache and regret. I’m trying my best to get thru it. I really appreciate it love this page you guys are great.
Matthew T Ford
hang in there, one day at a time. You are not alone,
I am also in a deep depression, I just don’t let others see it.
Denise Pegg I do the fake smile thing also..ugh
They called for help themselves? Proud to hear they were able to work up the strength to ask for help. That is so unbelievably difficult to do in depression. Especially when you feel like you’re stuck in grey clouds and suicide is the only way out.
Nice job calling for help! And feel better soon! Depression sucks and you are not alone! ????
