Lacey: On the Good Luck Bridge on Good Luck Road in town is some apparent bad luck. Caller reports someone vandalized 4 lamps, and graffiti’ed the bridge. Caller also claims the 4 lamps have graffiti on them. Police enroute. No word on what the graffiti said- or if it even was legible.
