As most of the nation watches election results for President, we have an early celebration here in NJ. With other major news outlets reporting- the question to legalize marijuana for recreational adult use has passed! New Jersey will be the 12th state in the US to legalize adult recreational marijuana. The overwhelming support is making this public ballot question easy to call early.
Look for action to begin in 2021 as our state begins the licensing and regulatory process to establish commercial dispensaries. As we here more official business, we will publish a new story. For now, as we wait to see who will be president- we can relax that the voters of New Jersey actually supported a referendum that’s sensible. Remember- it could be days or weeks until all the ballots are counted and accounted for to finally determine the President. Stay Tuned!

Prior to this passing any medical marijuana user was not allowed to own a firearm, legalizing it for adults is included as federal law has marijuana as a schedule 1 controlled substance. Did they vote in both their home States & here? How many duplicates etc. How many ballots of deceased or people that have left this state. I know so many people and belong to so many groups that have reported getting these types of ballots mailed to their homes.There are poll counters in these groups as well that say they are not half done counting & they themselves knows for them to call it at 8: 05 pm was absolutely wrong and insane & they said its clear fraud.
