Lacey: In the Lacey Mall near Shop Rite is a possible overdose inside a red vehicle. Anonymous party says there’s a male inside the red vehicle near a cart corral who might be overdosing. He was witnessed crushing unknown pills and putting them inside alcohol. PD are responding along with EMS.

Mark Haelig It said “he might be overdosing” which says to me when the caller saw him do it figured he may not have much time if he took pills with alcohol so called it in. It didn’t say he watched him OD
