Toms River: Earlier tonight we shared a call for a vehicle into the water in the area of 1400 Holmes. It appears the vehicle wound up in an area lagoon, but the driver was thankfully safe. Upon arrival a fire official made contact with the driver on a nearby dock. Tow trucks were called to remove the vehicle from the lagoon.
