Wendy Hiller-Szymczak individual employers and organizations can set their own standard operating procedures in response to Covid and the travel advisory/14 day quarantine. However you can not be forced by the state to quarantine as in not leave your home in general. Which is why it is only “recommended” that you quarantine when traveling to states on this list.
