A witness reports around 10 police vehicles on scene at one of the parking lots in the complex. At this time we have no information to report regarding the investigation. I grew up in that neighborhood and my mother worked there for over 10 years and helped clean out the scum. Is it the greatest neighborhood no, but it’s way better than a lot of other places in Toms river and most of South Tom’s River. It gave me a home. It has given my sister and her family a home. Am I trash or a terrible person? So don’t judge a place for what happened 20 years ago….
