After a lot of listening, we are able to state that the victim sustained a single gun shot wound (GSW) to the left thigh. As per EMS bleeding was under-control as they left for Jersey Shore with a medic on board.
OCSD is stating that there are two still at large, earlier reports had them on foot near tri-boro EMS. Victim was in a white BMW. There are multiple whitnesses on scene.
We will do our best to update as information arises.
