Station 54, 56 and Squad 22 are responding to the area of 571 Monmouth Road for a motor vehicle accident with confirmed entrapment. 2 patients with injuries to the lower extremities.One patient is unconscious. Landing zone is being established at Six Flags Great Adventure.

Update: Driver is pinned against dashboard and requires extensive extrication. Passenger is also pinned. Both are in and out of consciousness.
