Little Egg Harbor: The owners of French’s Pit have requested assistance from our Police Department with the enforcement of trespassing on their property. They understand the history and local culture of our area, and have mostly ignored the pit parties, dirt bikes, etc. However, they recently took several large containers of trash off of the property in an effort to clean it up. All of it from people illegally dumping, which cost the owners a substantial amount of money.
In an effort to comply with their insurance obligations, the owners have posted no trespassing signs, installed posts, and a gate that was recently torn apart.
The owners respectfully request that our residents and visitors respect their rights as property owners and cease trespassing in French’s Pit. They have installed surveillance cameras throughout the property to identify and subsequently enforce trespassing violations.
Needed to be done…
NJ took big money from every new ATV ORV vehicle for a riding park. The money disappeared like all of out taxes.
Shoved it in their pockets for their bribers and told the riders “Your in NJ so you’re screwed AGAIN”
