Omg how about go inside the store and see if there’s a parent in there first
Karen Carew that’s what happens when a person assumes to know. Or is a nosy Nancy. Probably was hoping for a thank you afterwards
Scott A Barnes I would’nt leave my kids in the car but 9 times out of ten it’s not necessary to get police involved.
Good thing it’s 95 degrees out.
OMG horrors! Let’s arrest the parents and put the children in foster care
Paul J. Hansen yes foster care where DYFS looses medical records kids disappear and end up damaged beyond repair and never trust another human
Mind ur business
God forbid a parent runs into the store for a few minutes to grab stuff.
Michael Cynthia Sicola Meanwhile not that long ago or maybe a little lol.. We went out around our neighborhood & once the lights came on or you heard your name called.. You went home!! No one supervised us ???? and no one even blinked an eye!
Krystle Sonta exactly. I know I run into the store real quick and I’ve got 5 in my vehicle lol I’m not hauling 5 kids into a Wawa or Family Dollar during COVID or really anytime for a few items. No ones tripping over themselves to run my errands or help watch my kids. ????????♀️
Michael Cynthia Sicola They should have just parked in the fire lane. That seems to be the norm around here.
Darryl Haley especially that store
Michael Cynthia Sicola not without their children.
Patricia Lorraine Zennario and people like you are part of the problem!!
Seriously if the person didn’t say something and the kids were kidnapped they’d be horrible people on social media
and because they cared enough to say something they are being bitched at. Just can’t win one way or the other.
You’re right.
Sharon Ernst Exactly!!… Then everyone’s tune would surely change!.. Smh!
Sharon Ernst You are exactly right. Wonder if it was a dog if they would think it was ok. So many things could happen leaving them in the car
Hope parent is located
It was a misunderstanding.
Never leave a child in a car if they are in a car seat and not able to help themselves…wjat can be more important than your child
Denise Ferriolo or the vehicle is locked and lets just say the kids are in car seats what could happen. Especially if the ac or heat is on?
Scott A Barnes I never left my kids in car, always feared something happening..even if they were sleeping
Denise Ferriolo they are also scared when they wake up to see u are gone. Just so wrong to leave a child! What if they where kidnapped! U are right Denise
Joy Casapullo and no one iron this page will ever be deemed a perfect parent. Therefore they cannot judge.
Damned if you do, damned if you don’t!…
She’s overreacting bc nothing happened but if she didn’t say anything and someone stole the car, which happens way too often, then she’d be wrong bc she didn’t say anything…. Smh…
I personally probably would’ve just watched the car til the Mom came out but that’s me…
Tricia Januska I would have done the same thing. Watched and waited
Do we know how young the kids were…and what if someone stole the car or kidnapped the kids?? Do people not think ? As for people talking about when they were kids….yes when I was a kid 8 9 I would run around the neighborhood but now its not all the safe out there
DeStefano Allison That’s bullshit. Kids are in fact safer now than 100 years ago. The big problem is over anxious parents, who forget that the media thrive on stories about when things go badly wrong, for example, when children are murdered, which is rare. Obviously, ‘Jim and Mary walked to and from school today and were unharmed’ isn’t news.
DeStefano Allison od the car/ van was locked. Unlikely a kidnapping can happen
Darryl Haley actually you’re wrong. Trafficking is at a all time high with more missing children per week.
Scott A Barnes people steal things out of locked cars all the time…FYI cars are not hard to unlock lol
how old were the children ?
Peggy Brednich Belavich
They didn’t say on the radio.
MIND YOUR OWN FUCKING BUSINESS AND KEEP MOVING!!!!!
People mind your fucking business

If it was running and the ac was on. What’s the issue?
$20 says the parent was in family dollar.
Dan Murray and spending less than the bet!
Sarah Anne
Probably ran in for milk or something for kids.. if that concerned, watch the kids til the parent returns!!!
Suzanne Leigh such a nice concept right! Wish people would just help others out in these cases rather than be so quick to call the police. Ages weren’t even mentioned so it’s hard to gauge, but I agree a little help goes a long way.
Megan Farley Collins I have 2 littles… I know this struggle. I personally wouldn’t leave them in the car. Various reasons but one being judgement. Knowing I could lock them in, grab milk from 711 never loosing site of vehicle while they were content on a tablet. However I wouldn’t. Ill lug them in instead. Today when I left my dads, I had my brother follow me to the store, for this exact reason. I know the ages are unclear, but so are the other details. Car locked? Calling the police is extreme for me. You never truly know anothers circumstances. I would have asked the parent if they had anywhere else they needed to go. Then asked if we could link up now and again for errands. ????????
Suzanne Leigh literally the same!!! 🙂
Bottom line don’t leave children in a car alone, it takes seconds for something to happen
IF it were my car & my 5 kids I’m sure my oldest would pull my glock from my console & make sure no thief would steal them or my vehicle!
Denise Pegg you child should not even have access to the Glock in your console!
Michael Porter she has gun safety training since she’s walked
Her Daddy is on the job, trained her early on just like my Dad with me.
That’s why some people get tinted windows.
I would never leave a child alone in a car ever!
Without knowing the ages of the children, it’s a stupid story to post
Opinions are like assholes. Everyone has one and they all stink…
Your dammed if you and your dammed if you don’t.
I wouldn’t even leave my adult daughter unattended in lacey
All this is saying is hey parents “ leave your kids at home with the stove and electric outlets to play with” no one can judge you if they can’t see your kids!
All those kids need is a gun and a Bible!
I’m sorry u you should never leave your kids alone in a car . I was a single mom and never !!! Did that
Bit dramatic.
Easy fix Do Not Leave Kids In a Car Alone real simple common sense!!
