While we are a little late to this party, it’s worth addressing. A Nixle went out earlier notifying residents about a power outage in parts of Manchester, Jackson, and Western Toms River. The exact cause is unknown to us, but we have heard rumblings of a fire at a JCP&L substation. Power is beginning to come back in certain areas now, but many are still in the dark.
