On October 31st there will be protest with short masked looters going door to door most will be wearing costumes. To prevent these little looters from becoming rioters I suggest handing out treats when they knock on the door. Expect the smallest one’s around 4-5 pm with the taller ones coming around untill 8-9 pm.
