Barbara Heimall were you allowed to go to your house of worship for months? That’s the first amendment . Were you allowed to buy firearms (yes I know he had to allow this one but he did take our second amendment for a week or so before he got threatened with lawsuits), he did not allow the right for you to peaceably assemble unless it was for the purpose he deemed fit, also first amendment. He even said he “wasn’t thinking about the Bill of Right when (we) did this”. Everything that PA was just deemed to be unconstitutional by the courts not allowing people to move freely, deeming who is essential and who is not, capacity in which people are allowed to operate, etc, Murphy has also done.
