Governor Murphy was proud to post his passing of a millionaires tax in NJ on Facebook today. Below are the few words he mentioned about it.
Today, we passed a millionaires tax in New Jersey and recommitted to investing in our middle-class and working families.
We can only come out of this pandemic stronger, fairer, and more resilient when the wealthy pay their fair share and when everyone pulls together.

Millionaires are the most likely to be mobile. His puny brain can’t comprehend that if you raise their taxes, they will leave. He just doesn’t have the guts to take an axe to the budget. The same was also true of his predecessors, including so-called Republicans like Chris Christie.
Michael De Fortuna unfortunately in NJ it’s not the budget but all the extra townships and school districts. Consolidate and cut upper level do nothing mayors and school board officials. He does have a puny brain and jacked teeth.
