A Florida physican and a pharmaceutical sales rep from Bayville have been charged with defrauding health insurers out of more than $2.5 million dollars.
Keith Ritson, 40, of Bayville & Dr. Frank Alairio of Delray Beach Florida, formerly of Bayville were charged with conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud and wire fraud.

Left Dr. Alario’s practice over 20 years ago, as something was amiss. Last September my husband and I saw him and his family in a flight to Paris. Still something was amiss. Not surprised at all!
I don’t understand how this can go on with computer systems to check claims.

I knew he was a nut job ! I went to his office about 15 years ago he sent me home with about 12 different scripts for tests , which I never got done !
