Working out creates your heart and breathing to increase, add that with someone who has breathing issues and that becomes a mess. CPR isn’t the same as working out and exerting your whole body. If wearing a mask is really that much of a problem for someone, then obviously working out in a closed building that has to follow guidelines is not for them just yet. Thank goodness we have this magical place called outdoors in open air where no mask is required to remedy the problem for them.

I myself am immunocomprimized i wear a mask when around people i don’t interact with daily i wear an N95 mask which are made for contaminated environments and protect the person wearing it. They have a valve that lets my exhale escape and prevent carbon monoxide build up in the mask.
Surgical masks are made for STERILE environments and DO NOTHING in open areas/ stores. Your face shield and bandana mask do nothing but BREED GERMS.
I walk the streets without a mask. July 4th there was a fire here in town a friends building. I went there and so did 50 other people not one mask not even on the cops and other first responders. I hugged my friend i had not seen since March. His neighbor had no shoes i went home and Brought him shoes and socks helped him put them on. Not one of us ended up getting Covid 19.
Yes the virus is real yes it can kill if you have comorbidity issues (i do) i have been exposed to it first on March 17th at the hospital for a torn ligament and from a neighbor in June. Guess what i am still here! Despite heart lung and other health issues!

1 who did not go for help his diabetes caused kidney failure before he was found during a welfare check. He hung on for over 50 days but never regained conscious. My Godmother was 72 and had had 2 heart attacks 3 strokes in the past decade. Another friend was battling addiction and succumed to covid.
I dont think the 15 day shut down to flatten the curve should be in its 7th month and going strong.

I went to the gym 5-6 days a week prior to COVID. Tried doing cardio once since this started with a mask on and was gasping for air. Guess I just can’t do the gym thing until this loosens up, if that will ever happen.
