   One of the worst intersections in the area, the sight lines are terrible. The Mill Creek stop sign needs to be moved closer to Chelsea.

     Harold Draken and Chelsea Ave needs to lower the 40 speed limit. 40=50 walking on Chelsea Ave toward ocean gate is terrible

     Louise Callahan-Fleig It is higher than that during commute hours.
