As a mom of multiples I understand how things can happen in a split second while you put laundry in or take a shower or are cleaning or cooking, I really hope it was because mom had them in her purse and left her purse on the couch and ran to the bathroom to pee or something like that and she doesn’t just always have medication out in the open???? poor kids
