Citizen Complaints, Investigation Leads to Search Warrant and Six Arrests

After the police department began receiving complaints from area residents about a house on Baywood Blvd indicative of drug activity, the Street Crimes Unit Detectives initiated an investigation. Information gleaned during the ensuing investigation led to the issuance of a search warrant for the residence, which was executed Wednesday night, August 26th. The warrant execution resulted in the arrest of six people for drugs and paraphernalia as well as the primary resident, Michelle Lanzieri (54 years old) being charged with maintaining a nuisance. The arrestees and their charges are as follows:

Michelle Lanzieri was charged on a warrant for possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of hypodermic needles, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a nuisance. Lanzieri was lodged in Ocean County Jail.

Ryan Chapman (39 years old from Howell) was charged on a warrant for possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of hypodermic needles, possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Chapman was lodged in Ocean County Jail.

John Brown Jr. (51 years old from Point Pleasant Beach) was charged on a warrant for possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of hypodermic needles and paraphernalia. Brown Jr. also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest out of Lakewood for theft of an automobile.

Daniel Iacovelli (39 from Brick) was charged on a summons for possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of hypodermic needles and paraphernalia.

Jill Farrelly (38 from Brick) was charged on a warrant for possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of hypodermic needles and paraphernalia. Farrelly was lodged in Ocean County Jail.

Tracy Martin (37 from Brick) was charged on a warrant for possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of hypodermic needles, possession of Xanax, amphetamines, Suboxone, and paraphernalia. Martin was lodged in Ocean County Jail.
