There will be in-person polls open for the November 3rd Election.
Each municipality will be required to open at least one in-person polling site.
All counties must ensure that at least 50% of their total polling places are open.
Any voter who chooses to cast their vote in-person will do so on a provisional ballot.
All individuals with disabilities will have access to an ADA-conforming voting machine.
Ohh so the voting locations (often schools) are unsafe to vote in for 5 minutes ????????♀️????????♀️ but kids & staff can be there for 6 hours… okay, got it!

Everyone please vote in person
So, everyone can vote at least twice. Once with the ballot that is just mailed out to every address, and once in person if you are a registered voter. The only mail in should be by absentee ballot, where you have to be a registered voter to get a ballot.

Its illegal to vote more than once. they are SUPPOSED to be checking if you send in a ballot AND if you go to vote in person. Supposedly thats what is taking so long to count votes. ( NOT to mention a HUGE waste of money spent on sending paper ballots to people who want to vote in person…) STill not sure if you go in person if the ballots are getting delivered in time. Doesnt look like we will be using voting machine either!
