Lacey: In the area of Bamber Lake near the lake and wooded area for a suicide DOA. This came in near Carusoville/Caruso Lane area, but we cannot confirm the exact location. Caller discovered a 32 y/o male turned purple and not breathing next to a white van hanging in a tree. The caller was able to cut the rope to get the person down, but was already DOA. OCSD & OCPO have been called to investigate the incident.
