Ocean: Cpl. Mandarine of the Traffic Safety Unit is investigating a Hit & Run Accident of a parked car at the the parking lot of the Dunkin Donuts. The incident occurred on 08/08/2020 between 0900 – 1200 hrs. White paint transfer was found on the victim’s vehicle.
