Meanwhile my house is one of those 1500. They drove up, parked… didn’t even get out of their trucks… drove off and my street STILL doesn’t have power.
Us too
Do people actually read on prior announcements ? This could take up to 48 hours? These people are out searching for the problem… So it’s not like they know where exactly the problem lays ????? We went through Sandy up to 30 days and more …. So give it a rest it takes time ….
Mike Rizzuto these people don’t appreciate that they didn’t even get out of their vehicles. Further I don’t like being told they will be fixing it by tonight and when the truck arrives they do NOTHING.
Katie Lynn , they are tho ???? The problem is probably not on your street it’s a grid they have to fix the one that is the problem ….
And the reason why they didn’t get out of there trucks , because they have scanners built into there trucks to detect the problem pole ….. So relax it will be fixed …. It’s time consuming.
Mike Rizzuto right so that’s why the status changed from on site to assigned and I still have no power. Yeah you’re CLEARLY right….
Katie Lynn , it’s changed to assigned, because they have other power companies working on the same matters ….
Mike Rizzuto I am going on 48 hours with no power from a 4 hour storm. I have two little children. This is absurd and I’m done arguing with someone who probably has power and has zero idea.
Katie Lynn , I worked for them for 5 yrs til I got injured, chill out
Mike Rizzuto LOL. I’ll chill out when I get my power back.
Katie Lynn , then your just blowing hot air … keep focusing on your kids and make sure they will be ok ….
Mike Rizzuto mind you’re own business and unless you’re without power stop talking shit about people who are struggling without.
Katie Lynn , I was struggling as much as you are , it will just take time ? It’s no difference to me you just airing it out
You do realize how many people lost power over this “4 hr storm”? And yes I’m sure these guys love working 16 hr shifts and are just driving around doing nothing. My husband is a lineman haven’t seen him in days. Hates this shit.Hed rather be home after 8 hrs. People think the fix is just so easy. When it’s so widespread sometimes the problem takes awhile to pin point. Thank you to all our blue collar workers out there doing the best they can.
