I believe the response to covid has largely been led by agendas. When doctors started saying that hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) was helping their patients, Dr. Fauci was quick to shut them down. Why? Wasn’t he interested in finding an effective and simple treatment that was immediately available and affordable for anyone who needed it? I think he actually knew a lot about HCQ long before the covid panic began. He was the director of the NIH (National Institute of Health) when this study (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1232869/) in 2005 came out saying “Chloroquine, a relatively safe, effective and cheap drug used for treating many human diseases including malaria, amoebiosis and human immunodeficiency virus is effective in inhibiting the infection and spread of SARS CoV” (closely related to SARS CoV-2). Why wouldn’t he at least consider it as a possible treatment for covid? What did he have to lose?
When Trump and many front line doctors started pushing for HCQ, Fauci quickly started pointing to a new study, sponsored by the NIH, (https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6736(20)31180-6/fulltext#articleInformation) that “proved” that HCQ was completely ineffective and dangerous. Upon closer inspection, this study was found to be based on fraudulent data. He then started pointing to new “Solidarity” trials (https://www.ageofautism.com/2020/06/who-solidarity-and-uk-recovery-clinical-trials-of-hydroxychloroquine-using-potentially-fatal-doses.html) being done for HCQ, which were led by the WHO (World Health Organization). These trials were hugely manipulated with toxically high doses (that I believe Fauci knew were dangerous) being used to prove it was unsafe. I believe he was more interested in proving the drug to be too dangerous or too useless to use than he was in finding an actual treatment for covid. Why would he do that?
I believe money is one of the reasons. The cost of HCQ is almost nothing. No one stands to make billions off of it. It is readily available and simple to use. But do you know what product will bring in large amounts of money? Vaccines. Do you know what product Dr. Fauci has a patent on? A key ingredient (glycoprotein) being used in covid vaccines. (https://patents.justia.com/inventor/anthony-s-fauci). If one of the 4 major American vaccine companies successfully develops a covid vaccine, Fauci and the NIAID (National Institute for Allergic and Infectious Diseases – of which Fauci is the director) will get half of the profits.
Fauci has relentlessly attacked the safety of HCQ, saying that it needs to be studied more thoroughly with double blind safety studies. But do you know what products have almost no true double blind safety studies with saline being used as a placebo (https://www.icandecide.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/ICAN-Reply-1.pdf)? Vaccines. Fauci says we need to prove that HCQ, which has been used across the globe for 65 years, is safe before making it widely available. But do you know what products are put on the market for wide-spread use without long-term safety studies to justify their safety (http://www.icandecide.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/Stipulated-Order-copy-1.pdf )? Vaccines. Fauci says the possible side effects of HCQ are not worth the possible lives it could save. But do you know what product has countless side-effects (some being deadly) that Fauci doesn’t seem to care about? Vaccines. And do you know what product has no liability for any harm it may cause (https://www.congress.gov/bill/99th-congress/house-bill/5546)? Vaccines. So if Fauci supports the idea of deleting the promotion of any product that might have harmful side-effects, then by that logic, we ought to be deleting and censoring any promotion of vaccines. And if that’s not the logic behind it, then what is? And if, by chance, we do find an HCQ protocol that is effective in treating Covid, why would we even need a vaccine? Maybe we really need to start asking why Fauci relentlessly attacks HCQ and anyone who tries to suggest its use, while he simultaneously pushes the (not-yet available) covid vaccine that will have been tested for safety over a matter of months (that currently has a high percentage of adverse reactions in trials: https://thehighwire.com/why-covid-vaccine-trials-should-alarm-everyone/) as the only thing that will help us with covid. Could it possibly have anything to do with this requirement by the FDA: “Emergency approval for a vaccine requires that there must be no adequate, approved, and available alternative” (https://crsreports.congress.gov/product/pdf/LSB/LSB10427)?
Fauci is so quick to shut down HCQ with fraudulent data and manipulated studies. Since that doesn’t seem to be working, he’s now avoiding science altogether and reverting to psychological warfare when it comes to pushing the covid vaccine. Yale is currently being paid to conduct a research study on how to psychologically manipulate people into willingly taking a covid vaccine when it becomes available (https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04460703). It looks at guilt, fear, embarrassment, social pressure, and anger, just to name a few, as methods of coercion. Fauci and the powers that be can’t have HCQ or real vaccine science getting in the way of their vaccine that is sure to make them billions. So strategically planned psychological warfare makes sense as their next step. Maybe if we questioned and limited the use of hydrocodone, xanax, ibuprofen, tylenol, etc. the same way we’ve now questioned hydroxychloroquine, we would be a much healthier society. But to take away the possible benefits of HCQ in order to wait for a vaccine that has barely been studied for safety or efficacy at all? That’s outrageous. To censor, ridicule, and fire doctors and scientists around the world who say that they have personally had success with HCQ? That’s outrageous.

Lulu Rose DeGrazio my hospital too. Mask must be on when we enter and temperature check. Also at all times in the hospital including visitors (which is a set time and scheduled). I been wearing a mask n95 since middle of march. I wear my full face respirator with the covid patients. We must wear goggles as well. Anyone not wearing a mask gets written up. And the cafeteria is essentially still closed. In March the first 2 weeks it was hard to tolerate. But working with covid patients that were so sick I would do anything not to get it.
I think the only way to get a child to wear a mask for the half day is to start it now increasing wearing tolerance…
Honestly my gut feeling is schools will be closed or open for max 2 weeks. We had a nice little break with no covid for about 10 days. But now the floor is filled back up. Sad.

My son is going into the second grade. He hasn’t seen any of his friends since March. He’s going to be so excited to go back to school and then be so upset once he gets there. What’s the point of even opening? It’s going to be like a prison for these children. How are they going to have recess, how are they going to participate in gym? How are they going to have lunch together? It’s not even about the mask at this point. I don’t want my child to feel like he can no longer be a kid. They won’t be allowed to hug, sit near each other, or do what kids do etc. There is no way kids K-3 grade will understand. They’re going to feel like they’re in trouble constantly because so much is going to be different.

My son is 11. Took him out for the first time the other day to climbzone. He wore his mask the whole time without complaints while climbing the walls. Got in the car and drove home. Before getting in the house I asked him if he was going to wear it all day or take it off. His response “I forgot I had it on”.
When I asked him if he wanted to go to school remote or in person even if he had to wear a mask all day he said “I’d rather wear a mask and keep people safe than be home any longer”.
This is an 11 year old boy people. He has more common sense and resilience than most of you complaining on here
