Brick: As we posted earlier, a large party was happening in a residence off Baywood Boulevard in town. This is off Drum Point and required a large police presence. Brick PD, along with the Ocean County Sheriff and other agencies were on scene to disperse a large party that had broken out. Residents say vehicles were parked all over the area, and the crowd was rowdy at times. As of this typing the party has been cleared and officers are leaving the area.

Tam Lynne my neighbor had a local rapper once at his house. It was horrifying. People started rioting in the street, people’s heads going through the garage door windows, someone’s face smashed on a gas pipe. It was out of control. People were even run over on my street. They can be insanely out of control.

Hey Mel, so let me ask. I live on the corner of Atlantic and Cumberland. This shit started at 730 or so. It started to get out of control at 10-1030. I sat outside and watched. I had kids or adults that were throwing bottle and cans on my lawn and surrounding homes as well. Food bags and boxes littered the street. Girls unable to walk; passed out in the sidewalk. I watched people pull up and sit in their cars for close to 20mims than come out and looked like i was watching a cheech & chong video. These people had no care for the hard working families in this area of town. We take pride in our homes and the long hours we put in to maintain our living rights here. I am all for having a good time. Heck i was a kid once. But i respected others and their homes. I had full bottle of champagne and Hennessy left on my lawn. I watched a white Dodge Durango plow into a Kia and just drove off. What if my kid or someone else was walking by and this asswipe who should not have been driving to begin with hop the curb and hit someone? Is this ok behavior because they are being kids ?? I sat out front to make sure nothing was being damaged to my property and as a group of guys walked by they were mouthing to my 14yr old daughter. He kept saying tell your pops I’m coming in and me and u can kick it. I got up and told him it’s inappropriate and to keep moving. He got heated and said “what” and began to approach. I told him to get in his car and continue on and get lost. That’s when he told my daughter and her friends that they were having an orgy at the house and they should come. But hey fuck it; they having fun. From my home i could hear them 300 plus chanting and singing. People care around here. We all watch for each other. Another neighbor on Atlantic had these little pests hop her back fence as drones were watching from above and she had one of those blow up big pools; well she has no more because they felt like ripping it open and pop the pool. I know kids and such like the rapper that passed not to long ago but while u are celebrate his life do it responsibly and respectfully as well. These same people had a 4th of July party. 350+ people. Limo buses pulling in. Than walking down then street screaming and cursing and acting tough and being confrontational. Cops in town have to worry how they look and makes their jobs even harder. But at the end of the day. I agree black lives matter. But so does mine, my neighbors and everyone who lives and breathes. You want to party than ok go for it. But it’s Monday after 11 and being rowdy and unruly telling my 14 yr to come join the orgy. You can bet your ass i won’t sit back and allow that. It’s time for us neighbors to file complaints against this home and today at 12 when mayor Ducey is doing his FB live make your way there and complain to him and let it be known we want our neighborhood back. A pure shame

Eileen Perry I realize this is totally not the same, but I have a neighbor who likes to throw parties every other day, and it always gets crowded, and they shoot off all kinds of illegal fireworks. I have a three-year-old daughter who’s absolutely terrified of fireworks and loud noises. It’s very inconsiderate. Not to mention the fact that loud noises freak out our pets too. But nobody seems to care. If you give these people in inch day take a mile. They assume that just because the governor is allowing 500 people gatherings that it should automatically apply to their house. People just don’t have common sense or humility anymore.
