Toms River: TRPD have issued a stop & hold for a wanted suspect to surrounding towns. Wanted is a white van with ladders on the roof driven by a male in his 40s. The suspect is wanted in regards to a disturbance in town and might possess a handgun. If located, please contact authority Toms River Police.
