Toms River EMS is responding into Brick at 885 Mantaloking Road for a pedestrian struck. Victim refused medical attention before but now is complaining of back pain and wants to go to the hospital.

That is usually how it goes! First shock so no pain and then the pain sets in later. Praying there is no serious injury.
