On 7/6/2020, a former Lavallette resident, now allegedly homeless, Christopher Angulo, 45 was arrested at at 7:01AM and subsequently charged by Patrolman Michael C. Monica with two counts of harassment, stalking, and resisting arrest.
Later on that same day, Angulo was placed under arrest and charged by Officer Ryan Crisalli for providing fictitious reports to law enforcement and disorderly conduct. He was subsequently processed and released on a summons.

Ruthie Rachel Sasala that about the same response you got from everyone else. And not only should we be able to know the names of the arrested, we should be able to listen to police radio frequencies – perhaps a delay would be appropriate but that would be difficult to implement and would involve rebroadcasting encrypted transmissions on an unencrypted channel. So bottom line is we should know what the police are doing and who they’re doing it to or with or whatever. It’s a good way to sort out the good cops from the bad cops and reduce the impact of systemic racism
