   If you’re in a public place anyone is allowed to photograph you.. been there

     Laura Michelle yes n no. Adults yes. Kids no. And all you have to say it’s against your faith to be photographed. It stops at that point

     Scott A Barnes I had that problem with a neighbor photographing my kids.. Manchester police told me that there was nothing they could do

     Laura Michelle technically it’s not accurate. They need to explain why are they taking pics of children to an officer and if it’s for safe reasons. Fine if not. The officer can force the person to erase the pics of risk a hard reset on their phone

     The law in nj states if you are in public you have no right to privacy. If you are in any public place you can be photographed
