SSP: Noise Complaint

Seaside Park: In the area of O Street for a complaint of a person talking too loudly on their cell phone. Caller says they cannot get any sleep.

Society is an agreement between our citizens. Now when our own supposed leaders are not holding up there and of the bargain others will follow. Unfortunately our society is divided and full of hate.. Respect is long gone along with empathy and consideration

I have noticed that some people seem to speak really loud when they are on their cell phones and yeah. you can hear everything thing they say.

Tim Reid even worse when it’s on speaker and you can hear BOTH sides of the conversation. Still wouldn’t bother the police with that ????‍♀️

I’m a ‘loud talker’ when on the phone– I can’t help it– Funny thing in real life I’m a low-talker. ONLY when I get on a phone (cel or wired) does my voice get loud. Very odd.
