We are getting inquiries into the random Ocean County Sheriff Department security camera trailers placed around the county. This photo was taken on US 9 in Tuckerton by the lake. There is another on NJ 35 in the median across from Acme in Seaside/Ortley. Daily the OCSD has been traveling the county conducting “compliance patrols” in various towns for random periods of time. These are likely used to supplement the patrolling the OCSD now performs. While we’re sure these cameras are tied to the OC Sheriff Radio Room, we wonder if Mastronardy watches from his house? ????
